Are you the same as Geeky Christian?
Yes, I’m the same guy that started GeekyChristian.com in 2013. But I wanted another website where I could post my papers from seminary which were a bit more academic and technical.
Why are these papers/books here?
Because you have to write a lot of papers in seminary and it kills me to do all that work and just file it in a drawer after the teacher has finished grading it. I wanted to make these papers available to others who might find the research helpful.
Why is your website .ink instead of .com?
Because “.ink” carries the idea of the ink from a pen. In other words, “These are my writings.”
What do you believe?
The easiest thing for me to do is point you to my school’s statement of faith page.
What's your work background?
I have been developing software for the past twenty-five years. It’s hard work, but very in-demand and is rewarding in its own way (if you like solving problems all the time, which I seem to have a kind of love/hate obsession with). I am a Principal Engineer at GroundWidgets, LLC. I have been with a half-dozen other companies in my career. In all cases they were start-ups so I have some entrepreneur blood in me.
What's your ministry background?
I jumped right into ministry ever since I first began following the Lord in 1991. Since then I’ve done just about everything from serving as a youth leader to senior pastor.
